5月以來，勘探三號(hào)平臺(tái)積極開展降本減費(fèi)建議征集活動(dòng)，平臺(tái)職工獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策，為公司帶來了實(shí)實(shí)在在的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。為降低維護(hù)成本，該平臺(tái)機(jī)械工程師從進(jìn)口吊機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)入手，開始了對(duì)其重要易損備件——“油管接頭”的自主化改造。

勘探三號(hào)平臺(tái)力霸吊機(jī)油管接頭的形式比較特殊，與常用的接頭型號(hào)不一致，且為公制，不能通用，因此平臺(tái)只能申報(bào)進(jìn)口原廠家的油管，同時(shí)油管種類繁多，各種管徑，各種長度都要備貨，備貨量大，時(shí)間久了，很多庫存的橡膠件會(huì)老化失去其承受高壓的功能，容易造成浪費(fèi)。但是迫于安全生產(chǎn)所需，又不得不保持一定量的庫存。

為解決這個(gè)問題，平臺(tái)工程師高欣蕾帶優(yōu)先機(jī)修班組，翻閱大量資料，通過多方渠道了解收集相關(guān)信息，結(jié)合該平臺(tái)現(xiàn)有的設(shè)備，大膽提出了自己壓制油管的方案。為解決公制壓套的問題，油管接頭機(jī)修班利用平臺(tái)現(xiàn)有英制壓管機(jī)，提出了用不同尺寸的壓塊多次壓制的方法，同時(shí)在壓塊與壓套之間墊銅皮，從而達(dá)到壓力要求。油管接頭經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)膭兤せ蛘哕囅鲏禾?，機(jī)修班組有效地利用了水下部門的高壓軟管，避免了多余采購，并對(duì)壓制的每一根油管進(jìn)行了1.25倍的工作壓力試驗(yàn)，以檢驗(yàn)效果、確保使用安全。

At the same time, copper sheet is padded between the pressing blocks and sleeves, so as to meet the pressure requirements. After proper peeling or turning the pressure sleeve of the tubing joint, the repairing team effectively utilized the high-pressure hose of the underwater department, avoided redundant purchasing, and carried out 1.25 times working pressure test for each tubing pressed, in order to check the effect and ensure the safety of use.
